100 Books in a year, BUT...
...they're not all gonna be winners.
Even if a book is “mid” as the idiot zoomers say, I’m still likely to review it here and try to say something good about it. Maybe it scratches an itch for its target audience, for example.
Other times if a book is pretty bad I’m liable to not want to review it. That puts me in a tight spot. I’m not really looking to start feuds with other authors out there, unless they shoot first.
It’s just a WOMBAT*. And we here at the CrackerStack exterminate wombats with primal methods.
*waste of money, breath, and time
Anyway, what’s this coming to? I read a couple of books this week that weren’t good. I don’t feel like gushing here as to why. I covered one of them in a video, and if you’re SUPER CURIOUS to know the book by title, I mentioned it in this week’s Radcracker.
Life’s too short to read books you don’t love, or at least really like, or at a minimum, mildly enjoy. Everything else? Punt it.
Now back to our show.
